Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield
Join Constructing Excellence Yorkshire & Humber Club and Sheffield Hallam University for an exclusive visit to the University's newly opened Institute of Technology facilities, including a tour of the cutting-edge immersive learning environment known as The Igloo.
Following the recent completion and opening of these state-of-the-art facilities at Sheffield Hallam University's City Campus, delegates will have the opportunity to explore how immersive technologies are being used to support teaching, learning and research across the built environment sector.
As part of the South Yorkshire Institute of Technology (IoT), The Igloo and associated VR technologies are being developed using real construction site data to create interactive learning environments, helping to shape the future of digital construction, skills development and workforce training.
